I notice fuel dripping from my 1986 suzuki 4 hp 2 stroke motor
I pulled the cowling and found gas come out of the air intake of the carburetor
it does it whether it's running or not
when I tilt the motor up some gas pours out of it
what causes that and how do I fix it?

thanks!
Steve

Sounds like the needle isn't sealing properly. Check your float and make sure there's not any pinholes in it.
Remove the carb and clean it up and if that doesn't help buy a new carb kit.

I'll give that a try when I get home
