I Have Changed Out The Nuetral Switch And Checked And Tested Everything But Cant Get It To Crank Or Fire Over. I Have Juice To The Motor It Just Not Doing Nothing. I Think It Is A Saftey Switch . Just Cant Figure It Out I Am Stumped. Thanks If You Can Help

Bach to basics and a some crude tests
Battery cable ends ,clean tight, and connected(you`d be surprised)
Making sure there are no gas fumes, short the small lug with the yel/red stripe to the main batt. lug on the starter,turns over or it dosent
Explain "juice to the motor"
