Default Pontoon Trailer - Sitting Right?

Wasn't sure whether this belonged in the trailer forum or the pontoon forum, but here it is:

I bought a trailer for our pontoon earlier this year and last night finally got the chance to take it out to the lake and load up the toon. The marina set up the trailer based on the measurements I gave them due to the toon being in storage.

I've attached a few photos below, does it appear to be set up okay? I was thinking maybe the port side bunk front needs to be moved just a bit. The toon is not sitting all the way forward. It needs to come forward about 8 inches.

Thanks,

Gary

Initial looks, ... OK I would consider getting some outside guides to assist in loading. or perhaps a bunk guide on the inside.

i find inside bunk almost useless. slicks on the bunks, and guide on the only way to go.

TD,

Did you make those yourself? Pretty slick.

What is the slick on the bunks?
