19ft capri 20" or 25" engine?

i have a 1987 capriwith a 115 merc 20" motor. it seemstobe ventalating my qeuestion is do youthink i need a 25 moter or what thanx in advance james:confused:

Post pics of your bottom and where the cavitation plate is in refrence to the bottom(a straight edge off the bottom)A piece of wood works great. An extra 5" might be too much.J
