Yamaha model# 40ETLF carb settings?

I have a 1989 40hp 2 stroke Yamaha model# 40ETLF sat for about 2.5 years wouldn't start at all - took off and cleaned carbs, new plugs started right up but now idles ruff.

Could it be the carb settings, plug gap?

If so does anyone know the correct settings?
