Default Smart tabs?

I have a 17' Bayliner capri w/ a 50 force on it. I was wondering if smart tabs would do antthing to the performance or gas milage on my boat.

... hi jeremy,

its one of the few products that seems to do everything it boasts about. almost universal acceptence from all end users, pretty rare. improvements to performance and handling i felt was certainly worth the gamble. so i'll report back once mounted and tested on our style vessel.

There may be a small increase in gas 'mileage', but they definitely increase performance and handling. On my boat they helped with low-speed wander, better hole shot/less bow rise, and eliminated porpoising. I'm extremely satified with their product. (I got the composite SX tabs) The company is very good about customer service and support as well. A top notch outfit.
