question on boat company

looking at a 1988 seaway downeast type cuddy cabin fishing boat
built in maine with outboard motor mounted on stern bracket.
does anyone have any opinions on this type boat good or bad.

JO, just curious to know the length of this vessel. And when you mention downeast type hull, are you referring to one with a rounded chine?

the boat is 23 feet by 8 foot 2 inch beam
it has a round bilge with a raised sheer line at bow
