Had a key break off in the ignition and tried to change it and it hasnt worked since.
Wires are:
White
Red w/ grey stripe
Purple w/ white stripe
blue w/ white stripe
blue
The ignition my dealer gave me was for a 1977-1995. Some of the wires on the diagram are different colours.
I Have tested the wires and there is power to the red wire.
The motor will start and run if I run power directly to the starter. I have changed the solenoid because I thought it was no longer working.
The old ignition had M, B, M, S, A (double)
The new one has S, C, A, M, B, M
I am not sure how to wire it. I tried the same way as before and other ways I have seen on here. Could there be something else wrong?
