No neutral on a Sea Horse 4?

I just got a Sea Horse 4 model #4W73C and Serial #E3716007 on a 1973 sailboat I just bought. I'm guessing it is also a 73 b/c of the model # and I cannot find any neutral on it or any way to lock it straight on the mount to use my boat rudder to steer. Do neither of these things exist? Also can anyone tell me what type of lower end oil to use? Also I'm guessing 50:1 on the gas ratio. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no neutral on this motor. For reverse you turn the motor around. There should be a screw with a spring on it on the side of the midsection for steering friction. You may be able to tighten this so the motor will stay straight. Hi-vis gearlube

It is a 4 hp.
No neutral; only forward. The motor rotates 180 deg. for reverse. They don't call them "dock busters" for nothing..The only real way to sort of lock it is to tighten down the friction screw on the midsection, but that will also make it hard to steer.
