My 6hp evinrude will not idle or run at slow speed..below 2.5 mph,I have looked for adjusment screw on carb, but do not see any adjustment. There is a plastic thingy near the fly that looks like it does something in conjuction with flywheel. Thing thing has a small groove worn in, could this be a problem. The motor does work ok at faster speeds.
