Buying a battery??

I've got two Mercury 1150s and about to build a stand to get one good working motor out of the two of them. Ones a '73 and the other a '76.

Figure I'll need a battery and unsure what to look for as the pull rope looks like alota sweating ;o) This one will be in the garage so I don't think I need a marine battery especially if there is a big price difference. Any and all help sure would be appreciated.

a marine starting battery is sufficient. Or if all you are doing is trying to start the thing then the battery out of your car would work just fine.
