I'm restoring an old Mako 17 classic with an 84 90 hp Johnson. The motor sounds good but when I give it gas and put it under a load it bogs reves and bogs again. I had it on plane for a second just out in the channel the nothing the rpms drop and it starts to vibrate. We thought we could smell gas and the plugs where damp, but there is no screws to adjust these type of carbs. Also could my coil(s) be going out
