I bought a used boat w/ a 2003 150 carberated 2 stroke. Nothing on the cowl except Yamaha; the plate says its a TXRB (actually manufactured 2002 per that tag).
I go on line to get the manual and nothing says TXRB on the covers or on the specs pages; I checked all of them. I get:
Z150TRB for an HPDI;
VX150TRB for a OX66
VZ150 TRB for a max HPDI
DX150TRB for a Max TRP OX66
SX150TRB for an OX66 salt
V150TRB for a 2.6l
I don't know how much difference it makes; the manulas are all pretty general, but there are a few differences on the spec page. What do I have??

if it has no pre-fix alpa then its a standard 150TXRB and the B indicates its a 2003 production model.

your local dealer can assist in purchasing the correct manual.
