I have a bass tracker with a 120 force on it when I am on the move it is hard as crap to turn the boat to the left but when i let go of the steering wheel it ill shoot to the right with no problem I already put a new steering cable init and it is still hard to steer to the one side

Should be a triimtab under the antivent plate(cavitation plate)
If it pulls right move the rear of the tab to the right.It may help some.
The tab usually serves as an anode as well.

Steelspike is absolutley right. Move the trim tab to the right if it goes right. Just remember move it right as you are looking at it from the rear of the boat. It is amazing what that little thing will do.
I had the exact same issue. was the first thing I asked Iboats when I joined.

It looks like a little fin on the bottom of the cavitation plate. Just above the propeller.

There will be either a nut on the bottom to loosen, or you will come in from the top.
