Hi, I have a Suzuki 3.5 2stroke outboard serial number DT3.5 0351 115076 and would like to know the year of manufacture and where I could get an owners manual for it. Thanks.

You can get the year and possibly the owners manual from Browns point marina.
Do a web search.
