How do I remove this panel?

The vinyl for this panel is all worn out and I would like to have it replaced. I can't figure out how to take this off. It doesn't have any screws or anything that I can see that it's held on by. Any ideas?

it most likely comes off from the backside. if the screws arent rusted? I had to rip mine off and have complete new panels made. good luck.

Welcome to iboats.

It was probably installed before the cap was placed on the hull.

We prefer photos to be smaller so we can't tell what the hell we're looking at even with a freeking microscope. :D:eek::D
