Merc 470 swap w/ newer 470 exhaust doesn't line up

I swapped out a 1981 Mercruiser 470 with a 1987 470 everything looks good except the exhaust manifold does not line up with the exhaust pipe. Do they make an off-set elbow for this? Or do I have to use the complete exhaust manifold assembly from the 1981. The 1981 has a 90? elbow that lines up with the exhaust pipe. The 1987 has a 45? elbow and is approx 3" in front of the exhaust pipe. I sure would like to use the newer exhaust manifold if I could get it to work. Any and all help would be greatly apreciated.

Thanks for responding. So.. it looks like my only option is to put the original 81 manifold on is that correct?
