Sure you can get mpg on a boat. You use that to determine range. All you need to know is gph at a given speed.
I'm not that familiar with your engine but I would "ball-park" it and estimate you might burn 15 gph at 4300 RPM.
So if you were to cruise at 30 mph at this engine speed and fuel consumption,
you'll be getting 2 mpg, which by the way is good.
The only way to really know for sure is with a fuel flow meter installed and GPS.
