TE115TLESB Throttle Linkage

Hi, I am working on a 1991 115 Evinrude, I was wondering how the throttle linkage is set up. There is a roller on the bottom of the linkage that connects the two carbs but nothing else. So when I shift into gear it advances timing but not throttle position. Is there a linkage that connects the throttle arm to the carb or is there another arm that pushes the carb linkages. Does anyone have a diagram of this set up?
