How do I repair the clear coat that's peeling off the glitter color coat. Is there a simple (not really probably) way to peel it off or at least, feather it back and re-coat with a new layer of clear coat. And what brand or type of clear coat would be best for this fiberglass boat. It is hard to see the peeling, but what looks like blush is where the clear coat is going bad or is peeling. The boat has had the floor completely re-done, so I'd like to re coat the clear coat if possible and give this beauty a new lease on life.
