Part # 173964 for the electric start kit ... about $375 ... comes with good instructions, as long as you also have an OEM manual for your motor! Includes starter, solenoid, starter button, and all wiring (including battery cables) and hardware. Kit does not include charging for the battery!
Not hard to install ... I added electric start to my 9.9 motor and only took about 1/2 day (and my kit included a new flywheel and stator, so that took extra time).
