I have a buddy that just started his motor up out of winter storage...It ran good on low speed..but when he went to High speed..it died..He pulled the plugs out of 2 cylinders and water came out...He is wondering how water could get in his cylinders...It is a salt water motor and he hooked up water to run it...is there a leak someplace? He does have compression in those cylinders...please advise..Thanks..
