removing pads from skin

Hello all

I was at the dentists yesterday and had my wisdom teeth pulled. It went pretty good I'm still a little woozy, but nothing compared to some horror stories I've heard. Just hope I don't get "dry sockets".

Anyways I've still got these sticky pads on my chest from where they applied sensors for heart rate etc. Any ideas on how best to remove them? They seem really stuck on good.

Thanks!

A firm grasp on the edge and jerk it off quickly.. Slowly if you enjoy pain :D

As quickly as you can, in my experience that's the best. It only hurts for a second. Or have your wife or GF or friend do it while your eyes are closed.

Take em off in the shower. That's what the nurses recommended to me and seems to work good.

Do not be surprised if the pads leave little red circles for a few days..... and sorry to say..... they take hair when they are pulled off.

Oh, wow. I think I have had a thousand of those devil's tools on my bod at one time or another.

There is no "easy" way to get them off, but it is a lot easier to do it yourself. . .get a good grip and jerk. OW!!:(

Baby oil. Saturate the pads and area in baby oil, working it in well. Wait several minutes then slowly lift one corner. Apply more baby oil and repeat till its off. The baby oil seems to soften the adhesive quite well and is far less painfull, plus, it leaves the skin feeling baby soft :D:D.
