I have two charged crank batteries with a perko switch. they test good. the instrumnets and lights work fine, but at the throttle the tilt and trim switch des not work nor does the key start. I have checked all inline fuses, but i feel like there may be a circuit breaker somewhere. could there be some kind of breaker in the throttle/gear box? what else can i check.

I was going to suggest to make sure the controls were in neutral, but the trim would still work regardless. are you sure the inline 10a fuse located on the starboard side of the motor is good??
check all grounds.
