First time poster, hope this is in the right spot. Just bought a Sylvan with a 1992, 90hp Evinrude. Took it out for the first time yesteday and ran very rough and no power. I took out the spark plugs and one of them was cold and still new looking....replaced plugs before I went out. What could cause this and what can I do to test. When motor is in nuetral it seems much better, but bogs down when engaged.

sounds fine in neutral but its probably only running on 3 cylinders.
Swap the bad coil with one of the others to see if the problem follows the coil. Try swapping the coil wire too, could be either coil or wire at this point.

You might want to get the proper factory service manual , do a compression test and spark gap test it. That way you'll have a better idea of the overall condition.
