post the full model number off the port bracket so we know what we are dealing with and provide as much detail as you can.
what has the maint history?
when was the last time the motor was running right?

If the motor has not been running in a long time, read this post.

since we have had it we have had the carb rebuilt new spark plugs , lower unit seals and a engine tune up. that was in September. but then it sat since then.

it ran right after that tune up..

most likely your carbs are gummed up from sitting.
did you stabilize the fuel and it run through the engine prior to letting it sit 7 months?

could be your carb jets clogged and needle valves stuck.

I use CRC 0604 or tech 2000 from walmart, use safty glasses and skin protection. remove and install them as an assembly usually on that engine. remove the bowls and covers and jets, carefully clean and spray out all passages and reassemble.
take notes, try not to disturb any linkage adjustments. most the time if it was ok at removal it will be very clse at reasssembly.

The needle valves inside the fuel bowls attached to the float.
