cable cover

I am looking for some type of cable cover to cover the wires and cable's going from my center console to the motor. They cant go under the deck so they are laying on top of it. I would like a cover to put over it to step on ect and keep the wires out of sight any ideas?

What kind of boat do you have? What is the obstacle with running them under the deck? I only ask because there may be some solutions depending on what you're working with.

I've been in a boat with wires run under a section of PVC that has been cut in half length-wise and bracketed down to the deck. Not pretty - and really easy to trip over - but better than nothing.
