New to the site, looking for some help. I have a 1998 Johnson Ocean Runner 150 with OIS that I just took out of winterization. Ran great for two days, then I went to start it on the 3rd and can not get it to fire. I have tried QUICK START directly into the CARBS and nothing. I am getting voltage through all 6 spark plug wires, however, my spark tester indicates no spark. Is it possible to have low spark? Is this an indication of a failed POWER PACK, STATOR or OIS? Thanks in advance for any insight.
