1978 johnson sea horse 200hp, bogs out under load

hello, i have a 1978 johnson sea horse 200hp, it starts and idles fine, but when in the water it will go into gear and just put like maybe 5mph "maybe" and if throttled up it stalls...

i have checked to make sure im getting spark to all cylinders and i am.
i checked compression in all cylinders
#2-120 #1-115
#4-125 #3-130
#6-120 #4-125

i also checked all the coils, all are fine..

pulled fuel filters, nothing there.

cleaned the carbs.

all good fuel in the tank.

any suggestions?

did you remove all the jets and clean them and use a rebuild kit? see the TOP SECRET FILE, 1st thread in this forum. did you do a link n sinc?

How did you check your spark.You might check the amps out of your stater.
