We were cleaning the boat to put in the water the first time this year and found that the cable was not moving the throttle. After further inspection, the cable does move but the mechanism inside the motor that moves the throttle seems to be stuck. We sprayed WD40 (good ole Texas cure all) on the parts but they still apear to be stuck. Ideas or cures?
