Tower for a Campione 205? And a ballast question

My parents bought a 1997ish Ebbtide campione 205 with a 5.7 v8 and i have immediately fallen in love with wake boarding. I also love riding my stand up jet ski, and cant get big enough wake. Ive found a tower made by new dimensions that looks awesome but it says its made for a 2000 210 campione. Would it not fit our boat? they offer an installation for 250, but im sure its going to be expensive already.

Also, is it a bad idea to put some sort of ballast in our boat? If so, what should i look for?

Money is a pretty big factor since im buying a new superjet and paying for school and my 07 mustang gt.

I don't have one, but have been looking into Monster Towers (http://www.monstertower.com). They're universal, and they say installation is easy. I've seen lots of people talking about them.

Ive seen them too, or atleast a similar one. They are 500 cheaper but the look so cheap when compared to the New dimension tower.
