how much can i cut my heads

i have 1990 200gt mode #lvj200slese ive been thinking on changing the heads to the newer one with smaller champers would it be better the cut mine what im tring to do is up my compression want a little more power and want to up the compression and go from there what would the max be on cutting these heads thanks and if there is a better head i can bolt on please give year thanks

These heads are not worth the effort and you wont gain much due to sloping chamber design. Install the newer head or a set of 1987 2.7 looper heads with water mod for good compression! I run the 2.7 heads on my motor.

what water mod,s do i need to do i dont know anything about these motors looking to fix this up thanks for all the help
