I have replaced the water pump and the water still does not exit the pee hole or the exhaust. I have taken off the lower unit and connected a water line to the pee hole to see if the water would circulate through the motor and exit where it should be entering, it appears the water is draining around the copper pipe and not through it. What else could be wrong besides the water pump? The motor runs fine except for this issue. I have never worked on boat motors before so any help is appreciated. Thank you.
