I just bought an old boat with motor. Can someone identify what make and model of the boat motor? I can send pictures.

Looks like a 1953 model QD-14. Decent enough motors, although they can be a bit on the buzzy side. Parts availability isn't too bad. Nice find!

Scott got it right at 53. The 52 had a different throttle and the 54 a different gear shift.

I have a 95 johnson 40 hp engine gas is coming out of the top carb from the
screen hole, what amy be the issue? float dirt..
