2007 opti 150 Trim / Tilt Gauge not working.

Hello,
I just bought a pacemaker 150hp optimax. I bought nice new anolouge gauges. I cant get the trim / tilt gauge to work. Does anyone know what might be wrong? The motor came with new controls and new wire harness for gauges. Thanks
