starts everytime, i not sure exactly what suppose to be the adjustment for the carbs, i have the 3 side carbs and adjusted at 3 turns each. relpaced with new plugs too.

Since you are having trouble getting this question answered lets try and get some help. You say it runs rough if you rev at high speed. What do you mean by rough? What RPM do you consider high speed? Does it gradually die out, does it cough or spit when you accelerate?
You have adjusted the carbs 3 turns each, if that is 3 turns out from lightly closed then you are probably still too lean.
Without information from you folks can,t answer your question. This will bump your question to the top again, if you add more information you will likely get an answer.:)

don't just isolate the problem to carbs, sounds like it could be a rectifier or electrical issue if it only craps out at high rpm/s
