Problem Re-Starting Merc 3.5 hp 4 Stroke

I have a 2007 Mercury 3.5 hp 4 stroke kicker motor for my boat. When cold it starts up fine, 1 or 2 pulls, runs for a few minutes then stalls and will not re-start. After perhaps 30 minutes it will re-start but then stalls again after a few minutes and the cycle repeats itself. Any ideas/advice as to what may be wrong is greatly appreciated.

Did you ever find a solution. I am having a similar problem with my 3.5 as well.
