Hello,
My computer shut down when I was posting so please excuse me if this is on here twice. Anyway, I have a 1988 Yamaha 200 hp. The last two times I have been out the warning buzzer sounds for approximately 1 second when I hit the ignition to start the motor. It shuts off immediately after. I have put plenty of hours on the motor and it has never done this in the past. the oil level sensor has been zip tied up for a long time now and does not appear to have dropped so I can't imagine that this is the problem. Any ideas?

I'm having an issue with the Warning buzzer on my 20yr old 90Hp Yamaha. I was running about 4800RPM and the buzzer went off. I cut the motor off and let it sit for about 15 minutes. When I started it back up it ran fine. I kept it down below 2500 and got it home. Any ideas???
