Oil for 88 penta i/o

I don't have a manual, *need to get one* Just got boat and wondering what oil is recommended for the Engine and Sterndrive. The Engine is a aq151b and sterndrive is a 290(white one)

Ive been reading that the sterndrives use motor oil instead of gear lube like the mercruisers. Just want to make sure before I fill it up.

Also is it better to run single weight in these marine engines?

SF (or better) 10w30/40. Same for outdrive.

Thanks, I was just concerned about the weight, I am planning on using amsoil. Thats what I use in everything else I own.
