im needing to find out were do you find that special tool that takes of the top of the trim or tilt cylinder ? any ideas-anyone and i had the trim cylinder off and it felt like it needed to have a seel kit put in it, it only pushes out air towards the bottom or the top of the cylinder nothing inbetween is this normal? thanks top anyone that has a reply? 1960-lonestar
