That's an old one. I'd look at replacing both tire and rim. That size would be hard to find. Check the overall height and match closest. Probably a 5.30x10. Check the load rating before purchasing. You may have to remove a bearing to match it up. If you can't match it, the hub assemblies aren't to expensive.
