I purchased a 95 Sea Ray last year with a Mercruiser I/O motor. It suddenly stopped running and when I would restart it, it would idle very low. When I attempted to give it gas, it would stall out. I took apart the carburetor and found it clogged with gunk. Put everything back together, was running great when the same thing happened again. This time I cleaned and rebuilt the carburetor and removed the gas tank and cleaned it out (where I thougt I found the source). Had it out this weekend, everything was running great for about two hours when the problems started over again. Any suggestions for diagnosing the problems?
