1973 20 hp long shaft to short shaft conversion

I have a 73 Johnson that was converted to a long shaft(prior to me owning it) and would like to convert it back to original. Does anybody know where I could get the parts and what parts are needed? This little motor runs like a top and has been babied for the 20 years that I've had it. Note: It has not been in the water for at least the last ten years but has been stored properly

You will need a driveshaft, the connector piece for the shift linkage, and the bolt that vertically goes through the back of the engine above the cavitation plate to the lower housing. I don't recall what modification needs to be done to the water feed tube but it should be self evident. The whole process is not much mere complicated than replacing a water pump.
