Can't get the twist knob on the front of motor to affect the idle speed. When I twist clockwise to the right hand "fast idle" position, idle speed is not changed. Twisting the know does reposition some linkages under the cover but doesn't seem to move the linkages far enough to engage any idle changing feature. Motor recently thoroughly serviced by mechanic. Runs GREAT otherwise. Don't have a manual. What would I adjust to make idle a little faster when needed?
