Is it possible to change the trim motor, with the engine on the boat?

Have one problem, relief (release) valve is damaged. Plastic screw

Able to loosen the three bolts on each side.
(But have to brake (damage) the motor casing at the filling screw to get one of the bolt out)

But the motor is broken anyway ;-)

Can I then get the whole unit loose?
