hub spun

i have a 1989 200 hp mercury. the hub is spun on it. does anyone know if it is a hard process to fix this and about how much it will cost?

If it's the pressed in rubber style hubs they are not fixable by the owner. They require a trip to a prop shop and should cost between 50 and 100 bucks.
