03 yamaha 4stroke 50hp-won't start/won't idle

Engine will only start spraying carb cleaner in intake. Once started will not idle, runs pretty well at high rpm. Cleaned carb, replaced needles and o rings. Any ideas???

post the full model number.
i don't see a 4 stroke 50 for 2003.
