What kind of boat?? New project

Hi, I recently picked up this boat for a very sweet deal, i think can anyone help me out with what kind of boat this might be and a possable year it has a 120hp I/O Murc. Cruiser and the outboard is also a Murc. it is a 4 cylynder i cannot seem to find any info of the boat as to what year make or model, any input would be greatly apreciated there is a windshield with it just not attached.

Well by the pics,it does not look like a skifcraft..I have owned a few and looking for the distinct details it is not showing.It definately is not newer than 1970 that is for sure.It is all wood and planked hull.Could still be a skifcraft just altered details about the hull.If I had to take a guess I would say late 50s early sixties hull.
