i'm having hard time keeping motor running at low idle keeps stalling but starts right up i replaced the plugs replaced fuel line from tank to seperator line from seperator to motor with pump bulb that bulb stays soft while moving at good speeds i thought that.... that was to stay hard full of fuel? seems the motor is starving for fuel and getting too much oil what could be causing these problems? fairly new to boating thanks

You need to do a link & sync according to your manual. Its normal for the bulb to be soft (but not collapsed) while the motor is running. There is fuel flowing thru it.
