works fine when it starts, but occasionally is hard to start. one time when it would not start, it seemed to have very little spark so we replaced the power pack and it started ok. later we reinstalled the original powerpack, just to confirm it was defective, BUT, it worked just fine...and the motor started ok for a while, and is now acting up again. any suggestions or advice is appreciated. the motor is a 3 cyl. 1995 evinrude outboard motor.
